Terms of Service & SMS Policy

By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Coach Arqui on software provided by Irent Dreams LLC (Arqlee), 1470 Arbor Hill Drive, Deltona, Florida 32725, US. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or anything illegal.

• Prices, menus, schedules and availability are shown as accurately as we can and may change.
• An order is confirmed once payment is authorized. If we cannot fulfill it, we will let you know and refund you.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled by the business you ordered from, according to what it states at the time of purchase.
• Memberships and subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.

Training, classes and physical activity carry risk of injury. Take part only if you are physically able to, and consult a doctor if you are unsure. Where a waiver is required, you must accept it before taking part.

Program. Coach Arqui sends transactional text messages about activity you started on this site: order confirmations and status, new-order alerts to the business owner, booking and class reminders, and account or payment notices.

How you opt in. You give express consent by entering your own mobile number on this site: at checkout, when you book, or when a business owner sets up order alerts for their own phone. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at irentdreamsllc@gmail.com or (386) 837-1579. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time. You will get a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you any more messages unless you opt in again. You can also write to irentdreamsllc@gmail.com and ask us to remove your number.

Supported carriers. Messages are delivered on major U.S. carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.

How we handle the data behind these messages is described in our Privacy Policy, including that mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Do not use this site to break the law, to impersonate someone else, to upload content you do not have the rights to, or to attempt to access, disrupt or overload the systems behind it.

The text, photos, logos and software on this site belong to their respective owners (the business, Irent Dreams LLC (Arqlee), or their licensors) and may not be copied or reused without permission. Content you submit stays yours; you give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the site.

We work to keep the site available and correct, but it is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order or service in question.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the last revision, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

• Las membresías y suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente hasta que usted las cancele. Puede cancelar cuando quiera desde su cuenta, y la cancelación toma efecto al terminar el periodo que ya pagó.

El entrenamiento, las clases y la actividad física conllevan riesgo de lesión. Participe solo si está en condiciones físicas de hacerlo, y consulte a su médico si tiene dudas. Donde se exija una exoneración de responsabilidad, debe aceptarla antes de participar.

El programa. Coach Arqui manda mensajes de texto transaccionales sobre algo que usted empezó en este sitio: la confirmación y el estado de un pedido, el aviso de un pedido nuevo al dueño del negocio, recordatorios de reservas y clases, y avisos de su cuenta o de un pago.

Cómo se da el consentimiento. Usted da su consentimiento expreso al escribir su propio número de celular en este sitio: al pagar, al reservar, o cuando el dueño de un negocio configura los avisos de pedidos para su propio teléfono. Recibir mensajes de texto nunca es condición para ninguna compra.

La frecuencia de los mensajes varía. Pueden aplicar cargos de mensajes y datos de su operadora. Responda STOP a cualquier mensaje para cancelar y dejar de recibirlos. Responda HELP para obtener ayuda, o escríbanos a irentdreamsllc@gmail.com o llame al (386) 837-1579. Las operadoras no son responsables por mensajes demorados o no entregados.

Operadoras. Los mensajes se entregan por las principales operadoras de Estados Unidos. La entrega no está garantizada y depende de su operadora y de su teléfono.

Qué hacemos con los datos detrás de estos mensajes está en nuestra Política de Privacidad, incluyendo que la información de su móvil y su consentimiento de SMS nunca se comparten con terceros para mercadeo.

No use este sitio para violar la ley, para hacerse pasar por otra persona, para subir contenido sobre el que no tiene derechos, ni para intentar acceder, interrumpir o sobrecargar los sistemas que lo soportan.
